Our facilities custom manufacture thousands of different products made of various metals each year. With machining, cold heading, stamping, casting, and metal fabrication capabilities, we process many different grades of metal including; steel, stainless steel, brass, copper and aluminum for our customers.
Whether it’s a small diameter CNC machined component, milling a casting, or fabricating a twenty-foot auger, you can count on our team to get the job done accurately and on-time.
We have manufacturing capabilities in both the USA and Asia to ensure that our products are being made with the most reliable and cost-effective processes.
We can machine low and high volume parts utilizing multi-spindle screw machines, CNC machines, rotary transfer machines, and Swiss machines from 12" in diameter down to .125" diameter. We also have the capability to chuck large diameter billets, casting, or forgings.
Tolerances of +/- .0005" based on part size and configuration.

We manufacture custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies along with supplying sub-components such as connectors, terminals, and relays. We have the ability to 100% test each harness for functionality ensuring our customers can receive our products and take them straight to their assembly lines.
Whether we are building racing harnesses or cable assemblies for aftermarket pumps, we follow the most stringent IPC standards throughout our processes, which includes automated wire cutting, ultrasonic welding and automated crimping.
All cable and harness assemblies are made and tested in the USA. With the recent supply chain disruptions and component shortages, many customers took advantage of our local support and avoided line down situations. Our harnesses are used in auto aftermarket, racing applications, OE equipment, construction equipment, industrial applications and many other industries.

We manufacture custom extruded rubber components made from many different grades of rubber and specifications for a wide variety of customers and industries throughout the USA.
Our products include rubber hoses, gaskets, seals and O-rings used in the hydraulic, automotive aftermarket, construction, appliance, recreational vehicle, and transportation industries. We offer customer specific branding and custom lay-lines for hose product identification.
We have manufacturing capabilities in both the USA and Asia, which includes terminated and unterminated hose.
We supply thousands of feet of custom rubber hose for the gasoline and diesel fuel industries that are designed and tested with our plastic connectors for a leak proof, reliable quick connection. Private labeling options are available with all hose and connectors.
