A message from our President - Randy Harper
"We sincerely appreciate your interest in our company. I would like to thank you for visiting our website and for giving me the opportunity to briefly speak about CoreWorth, our culture, and where we are headed.
First of all, I would like to thank everyone that has played a role in our success over the years. This includes our employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, and most importantly our families. We are blessed to have such a great network of people that support us on a daily basis.
Our culture is based on two guiding principles: family first and customer service. We believe that if we focus on our families and customers, good things we will happen. We view our suppliers, customers, and employees as family. Along the way, we know that we will need to overcome adversity. Whether it's rising material costs, inflation, a recession, or even a family medical issue, we will face challenges at home, at work, and in our communities. It's called life. Being prepared for those challenges, supporting each other, and working through them together is how we all make progress.
We can't manufacture and supply the components that keep our economy going by shipping "a skid of TikToks and Twitter posts". Manufacturing is hard work and not everyone is cut out for it. You have to "buy-in" to our direction and be dedicated to getting the job done accurately and on time. Our customers and suppliers can trust that our team is committed to this process.
A major factor in our success is our diversity in product mix, raw materials, and manufacturing capabilities. This diversity not only protects our business, but it also provides our customers with a wide range of products that support them across multiple commodities and buying categories. We will remain diverse as we position ourselves to meet the headwinds of the global challenges that lie in front of us.
Over the last 5 years, our business has grown incrementally by over 30% in both revenue and earnings year over year. I am extremely pleased with the results and it is a testament to our people, our direction, and the unwavering commitment to our customers. In the future, we will continue to profitably grow, both organically and through acquisition, in metals, plastics, rubber, and electrical components.
