Proof of Concept: "Where Ideas Become Reality"
New product development can be costly. Tooling/fixtures or dies made of steel and stainless steel
can easily cost $5,000-$15,000 depending on the size and complexity. For many of our customers, especially in the plastics segment, they prefer to get a working sample to evaluate their design or concept prior to committing their capital to expensive tooling and dies.
Our prototyping and 3D print team has the answer. We can manufacture a sample in days, not months, which provides an advantage to our customers.
This approach is logical, cost effective, and time saving for many of our customers.
If our customer doesn't have a print, our engineers can create one and assist them with their ideas. During the R&D phase, we also offer guidance for mass production such as best manufacturing method and raw material selection in the future.
