We have an excellent supply chain specializing in barrel and rack coatings to ensure product reliability as well as improve visual aesthetics. Finding a credible and compliant coating source can be challenging. We have some of the best in the industry to supply Zinc, Zinc-Nickel, Electroless Nickel, Chrome, Cadmium, Tin, Copper, Black Oxide, Phosphating, Anodizing, Passivating, and Thread Sealants.
Many of the components we supply require various forms of heat treatment due to the end use application. We have the ability to improve strength and wear resistance by quenching and tempering or to soften metals to relieve stress by annealing. Our 3rd party heat treating services include; Case Hardening, Thru Hardening, Annealing, Quenching, Tempering, and Normalizing.
Our facilities and suppliers buy a lot of material directly from the mill. So, we have great working relationships and access to certified metallurgists in the steel, aluminum, brass, plastics, and rubber industries. We also utilize 3rd party testing laboratories which are accredited as A2LA 10725 and NADCAP.
Primary manufacturing tolerances can be held very tightly, but sometimes the form, fit, & function of a product requires grinding of the ID, OD, or End of the part due to finish requirements or critical print dimensions. Our grinding sources have capabilities to grind only a few components or grind in mass production. We offer End Feed, Thru Feed, and Profile Grinding when applicable.
Eddy current testing for crack detection is one of the most effective nondestructive testing approaches for surface and near-surface flaw detection. Our team can design EC test probes and cables, and perform this testing in-house to identify cracks/flaws in manufactured components such as machined parts, castings or forgings.
RoHS and REACH requirements are common in our industries. We can assist our customers with product compliance regarding base material and coating selections during new product development or with conversions of mature product. http://www.rohsguide.com/.
Reducing cost, eliminating waste, and improving efficiencies is built into our culture and our goal is to improve our customer’s position in the marketplace. We can do that with Line Reviews, Material Reductions, Material Conversions, Light-Weighting, SKU Consolidations, or other Cost Avoidance initiatives.
We process steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, copper, plastics, and rubber. All materials are manufactured, inspected, and verified to meet our customer's specifications. We maintain a data library on our servers containing material certifications or Certificates of Conformance for all products. We also have the capability to perform both destructive and non-destructive testing to validate chemical and physical specifications when necessary.
We are the sum of our parts and our supply chain adds more value than we can imagine!
